The Patient Help Desk on +91 80 4710 4600 is for booking OPD appointments and general guidance, and runs 10 AM to 4 PM on weekdays. It is not an emergency line — do not wait for it to open, and do not delay coming.

Critical care, ICU and emergency services are available at all hours. The hospital works to a first-come first-served policy, with priority given to emergency medical conditions.
