ABOUT THE COLLEGE
As a model for ideal Nursing education, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba Instituted the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, College of Nursing on 1st September 2008 with the vision of “Love all Serve all”. It is one and only College which provides Graduate Nursing education of high standards to deserving and eligible candidates completely Free of Cost.
It is the only College where students go through an ‘Education in Human Values’ program which imparts value based education. Where in opportunities are provided to the students for an all-round development of personality. The Institute aims to produce ‘Humane Healthcare Professionals’ who value patient care more than commercial gain and who are equipped with the best of skills required to guarantee best clinical outcomes.
THEME:
In Nursing we see evidence of product innovations and we see evidence of process innovations. In order to gain support for the development and sustainability of nurse-led innovation, nurses not only have to demonstrate that their innovations are acceptable to patients and clinically effective; they should also demonstrate that their innovations use limited healthcare resources wisely. We are aiming to develop a community of nurse innovators, practitioners and researchers interested in developing and enhancing nurse-led innovation in practice. Therefore this conference will focus on Nurses engaged in innovative activities on a daily basis to improve patient care outcomes and to reduce the cost to health care system.
GOAL
To empower the health care professionals on cognitive, affective and psychomotor domain on recent innovations in Nursing Education, Practice and Research.
